Kanban Container Management
Each production-line container is defined by Part, Size, Daily Consumption and Discharge Method. The system converts physical Kanban cards into an auditable, live digital inventory layer.
Multi-Plant Inventory
Inventory tracked by Plant, Location, Part Type and lot — with configurable Min/Max thresholds. Shortages and excesses surface in real time, with pending PO visibility per SKU.
Automatic Material Replenishment
When a production container consumes its part, the platform automatically generates a warehouse requisition — with approval workflow (pending / confirmed / rejected) and email distribution lists.
Complete Movement Log
Each Receipt, Issue, Adjustment, Relocation and Transfer logs with user, timestamp, location, quantity and reason — exportable, filterable and audit-ready by lot or location.
Role-Based Authorization
Permissions by user, by plant and by container for who can request issue, request receipt or place orders. Distribution lists ensure the right buyers, planners and supervisors are notified.
