CARET Inspection delivers an end-to-end quality inspection platform for the manufacturing floor — receiving, in-process, and final inspection, captured at the point of work with complete traceability. The module manages the full non-conformity cycle: detection with photo evidence, material disposition (use as is, rework, scrap, return to supplier), and multi-level validation. Every action is logged with user, timestamp, and reason. Inspection types, fields, sampling plans and approval routing are fully configurable by plant and by customer requirement.

Material Disposition Workflow
Use as is, rework, scrap or return to supplier — each disposition follows its own approval chain. The system blocks downstream movement until disposition is confirmed and the validator signs.
Role-Based Authorization
Permissions by user, by plant, by inspection type — who can raise, review, approve or void an NCR. Distribution lists ensure the quality lead, customer service and supplier see every event in real time.
