CARET Downtime manages the complete lifecycle of every stoppage in the plant — from a single machine to an entire division — whether the cause is a breakdown, material shortage, customer hold, emergency or planned maintenance. Each event is captured, escalated by role and elapsed time, dispositioned, validated and closed. The module breaks down total downtime into its five real phases — reaction, maintenance, solution, validation and restart — so operations leadership sees exactly where slowness lives. Stoppage types, escalation rules, approvals and reports are fully configurable. Availability consolidates live, by asset, line, plant and division.
