DE R.L. DE C.V. ("CARET") located on Av. Bugambilias # 21907 L-204, Ejido Matamoros, C.P. 22204, Tijuana, Baja California; is fully committed to protecting your privacy, for gathering your personal information and the use that is given to it. Always attached to what is established in The Law and under the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility.

In accordance with article 9 of The Law, in case that CARET requires personal data of The User, it should be previously authorized through autograph signature, electronic signature or other authentication mechanism.

Personal information can be gathered by CARET directly from The User through printed media, internet portals, emails, telephone calls, personal interviews, among other lawful sources. Once CARET communicates this Privacy Notice to The User, he provides consent by giving the personal information.

In case that The User uses CARETs Internet systems, pages or portals, system information or any other CARETs solution it is possible that these products gather personal data from The User such as browser type, operating system, Internet pages visited, IP address through "cookies", and other ways. It is possible that CARETs systems, pages or Internet portals contains links to other external sites, of which the content and privacy policies are not the responsibility of CARET. In that case The User will be subject to the privacy notice of those sites, without any legal responsibility to CARET.

ARCO RIGHTS

You have a right to know which of your personal data we hold, the purposes for which we use it, and the conditions of use (Access). Moreover, you have the right to request any correction or clarification of your personal data, should this information be outdated, incomplete or somehow incorrect (Rectification); you also have the right to request the elimination of your personal data from our records and data bases if you consider that this information is not being used according to the guidelines, duties and obligations, set forth in applicable law (Cancellation); as well as oppose to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). The term to reply your request will be answered by CARET through the same means in a period of no more than 15 business days.

CARET does not transfer, disseminate, distribute or commercialize the personal data to Third Parties without The Users consent, unless they have entered into a contract or are about to be entered into one in the interest of The User, CARET and a Third Party.

CARET reserves the right to modify this privacy notice in order to adapt it, update it, and improve it or to attend to new legal regulations, internal policies, market practices, among others. The User may access the current version of this Privacy Notice on the CARET website.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By sending the requested information through our website, by telephone or personally, The User is accepting our terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy or notice contained on our site, which constitutes a legal agreement between The User and CARET. If The User uses the services of the company, it means that he has read, understood and agreed to the terms of CARETs privacy notice.
